Bedside table / side table with tubular steel frame and drawer of MORA
Bedside table in original condition and with original fittings: The bedside table has a very well preserved chrome frame as well as a drawer. The body is in its original color. The furniture has not been restored.
The chrome frame has no damage, defects or rust. On the top side of the body there is a pale purple discoloration in the back area as well as two pale round color deviations. Furthermore, the wooden components of the bedside table have some paint chipping on. The drawer works smoothly, the chrome-plated knob is intact. Moreover the bedside table has a shelf in the lower area.
This furniture is very rare. It was made by the Czech firm MORA, which was founded in 1825 and is mainly known for domestic appliances, gas appliances, solid fuel stoves and refrigerators. In 1936 MORA began to produce steel furniture for a short time.
